Your Care Team

All residents have a consistent primary care provider on every shift that is responsible for meeting personal care requirements. The nursing care of residents living at Foyer Maillard occurs over a 24 hour period and is provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Long Term Care Aides.

Upon move in, residents are assigned a medical practitioner who visits the home regularly and can be contacted when needed. Other members of the health care team such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, recreation therapy and pharmacists also play a significant role in meeting the ongoing needs of every resident.
